Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be made if cancelled more than 48 hours prior to 6.00pm on your day of arrival. No charges apply. Refunds can only be made to the credit card used to make the booking. If cancelled less than 48 hours prior to 6pm on your day of arrival the first nights tariff will be forfieted. If the booking is for more than one night a full refund less the value of the first nights accommodation will be made.

Travel Directions

From Launceston 25 minutes along the Bass Highway motorway to the second Westbury exit, turn left into Biralee Road/William Street to the corner of King Street. From Launceston airport 35 minutes, follow the Launceston signs and exit onto the Bass Highway and follow as above. From Devonport and the Spirit of Tasmania terminal 45 minutes, follow the Bass Highway towards Launceston, take the Westbury exit and turn right in Biralee Road/William Street and proceed as above. From Westbury shops 100 metres.
