Check In Procedure : Office is located on the ground floor of the lodge. Office hours are from 0800 to 1800. All after hours bookings a key will be left on the office door with all the information to your room. PLEASE NOTE: THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS

Car Parking : From the 04th June to 01st October we have limited reserved guaranteed parking available for $12 per day. Should you wish to book one of these please contact the hotel directly after making your reservation. All other guests will be required to park in the Thredbo Overnight Carpark a short driver away. All other dates outside the above parking is complimentary on a first come basis.

Getting There : DRIVING: THREDBO is around 5 hours drive from Sydney or Melbourne, however during Winter it is necessary to check road conditions prior to travelling and also chains may be required. All cars entering the Kosciousko National Park are required to pay park entry fees of $28.00 per day or an annual pass of $195 COACH: There are a number of coach companies that connect to Thredbo including Summit Coachlines, Transboarder Express. We recommend Elite Supershuttle in Canberra. FLYING: Qantas through its network of Airlines fly into Cooma Airport which is located 1 to 1 1/2 hours drive from Thredbo. Contact Qantas on 13 13 13 to make a reservation. REX Airlines, Virgin Blue and Qantas also service Canberra Airport from major Australian cities. Canberra Airport is 2 1/2 hours from Thredbo. Shuttle transfers to and from both airports can be arranged and major car hire companies also operate from Canberra
