Check In Procedure : Our check in time is at 14:00H and check out at 11:00H. We do not guarantee early check in, it will depend if the room is ready earlier; however, we can always store the luggage for guests until the room is available. Upon check-in we require a credit card pre-authorisation or $100 cash deposit to cover incidentals. A valid Photo ID is also required. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: From 1 July 2011, charges will apply to guests finalising accounts with credit card.

Car Parking : Secure under cover car parking is available OFF-SITE at the World Square Car Park (located on the corner of Goulburn and Pitt St). The rate is $30 per vehicle per night (one entry & one exit). When arriving at the car park please approach the boom gate and collect a ticket. ENSURE YOU RETAIN THE TICKET FOR VALIDATION AT THE HOTEL FRONT DESK. WITHOUT THIS VALIDATED TICKET, A CHARGE OF OVER $71.00 IS PAYABLE DIRECTLY TO THE WORLD SQUARE PARKING STATION ATTENDANT IN ORDER TO EXIT CAR PARK.

Getting There : Guests are spoilt for choice with transport options as Town Hall Station and Central Railway Station and Coach Terminal both just a short walk away; the city Monorail service is only a few footsteps from the hotel. Buses to all parts of the city are only one block away on George Street offering easy access to Circular Quay and the Rocks. Taxis: An easy option from the Airport directly to the Hotel. Please mention Metro Hotel on Pitt at 300 Pitt Street. Train: The closest station is Town Hall Station located a few minutes walk from the Hotel. For prices and more information please check the website www.aiportlink.com.au. Shuttle Bus: We do not provide shuttle bus service from the Airport to the Hotel. When you land at the airport, ask the information centre to direct you to a shuttle bus company. Once you arrive at the Hotel, a receptionist will be able to organise your return via shuttle bus (please give 24H notice) (Charges apply).

Child Policy : Children under 12yo using EXISTING bedding FOC. Any rates including meals are based on paid adults , children meals are NOT included in rates.

Cancellation Policy : In the case of No Show and if you cancel within 72 prior to arrival, 100% cancellation and amendment fee of the total booking amount applies
