Check Out Time : 10:00 AM

Check In Procedure : Check-in from 2pm. Luggage can be stored if the guest arrives before his/her room is ready. No access permitted to rooms before 9am. If early check-in is required, the room should be booked from the previous night. Government photo ID is required for each hotel guest. Payment in full must be made upon check-in. If payment is made in cash, you will also be asked for a $100 security deposit which is refunded at check-out. If payment is made with your credit card, this is not required.

Car Parking : "Secure" Parking in Goulburn Street (adjacent to the Hotel's building). Payment vouchers can be purchased from the Hotel. 1 day (24-hour) multi entry and exit ticket is $20. Guests are advised to read the conditions and hours of opening of the parking station. The Hotel is not responsible for the misuse of their parking ticket. There is also limited metered street parking.

Getting There : By shuttle bus service from the airport ($14 pp), or taxi (around $40 or by train ($15) to Central Station.

Child Policy : Children welcome. Cots not available.

Taxes : The rates are inclusive of all taxes.

Cancellation Policy : In the case of No Show or if you cancel within 48 hours prior to check-in, a cancellation fee of the cost of 1 nights applies per room booked.
