Check In Procedure : Photo identification must be presented on check in, i.e. driver's licence or passport. Security Deposit must be provided on check in i.e. Credit Card Authorisation or $50 cash.

Car Parking : Car parking facilities are located at Secure Car Parking Station on Elizabeth Street. Guests need to obtain a voucher at the hotel's reception prior to paying at the car park. $35 for a 24 hour period.

Getting There : Exit airport and turn right onto General Holmes Drive, then turn left onto Southern Cross Drive and follow until Oxford Street exit where you will turn left. Once on Oxford Street turn right onto College Street, right at Macquarie Street, left at Hunter Street and then left down Phillip Street.

Child Policy : Children under the age of 14 stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Cots are available free of charge.
