Check In Procedure : Please come up to apartment 136 on the 13th floor where our friendly property manager, Peter Nissen will expedite your check-in. Bookings Made for same day arrival after 9AM MUST ring to confirm their booking. Office hours are STRICTLY ONLY 8AM - 5PM. If arriving after 5.00pm you must contact our reception during office hours to arrange key collection.

Car Parking : On-site security carparking (free).

Getting There : Paradise Towers is located on the corner of Surfers Paradise Blvd & Trickett St, Surfers Paradise. Two blocks south of the Hard Rock Cafe.

Child Policy : Children 1 year old & under are complimentary. Children over 1 are considered an extra guest (if the 3rd or 4th guest) & charged at $35/night.

Max Child Age : 2

Taxes : The rates are inclusive of all taxes.

Cancellation Policy : In case of No Show and if you cancel or amend your booking, 100% cancellation or amendment fee of the total booking amount applies (No Refund).
