Cancellation Policy

Late Arrival If you are arriving after 3:00pm Monday to Friday or 12 Noon on weekends, please advise us to make prior arrangments. Booking Conditions We require you to pay a deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival. Cancellation Policy If cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date, deposit will be refunded less an administration fee. If cancelled less than 21 days before arrival date, deposit will be forfeited. I less than 7 days or no show full tariff applies. Disclaimer At all times we, Cascade Gardens Apartments will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through our website, however we have the right to cancel/reject a booking at any time. You will be notified of any changes/amendments to the booking by us and we will always try to give you an alternative option.
