Check In Procedure : RECEPTION HOURS: Mon to Fri 0800 to 1700 Sat 0800 to 1230 Sun 0830 to 1030 Guests arriving outside reception hours MUST MAKE CONTACT with the resort by phone or email ONLY if arriving after hours so the resort can provide information for arrivals outside reception hours. A callout fee of $50.00 will be incurred if the guests do not call or email in advance. Guests are more than welcome to arrive from 8.00am in the morning and leave their bags at reception unitl the apartment is ready.

Car Parking : 1 Underground Security car space per apartment, max height 1.8m. Additional parking can be organised for $10 per night.

Getting There : Shuttle buses from all airports or taxis. Gold Coast Airport(Coolangatta) 30mins OR Brisbane Airport 1hour 15mins, train Connect is an easy transportation option directly from the Airport. Easy access from all destinations. Please call or email the resort if you would like them to orgainse your transfers, or give you a quote. Flight Details and arrival departure times are required for bookings to be made. Please notify resort of your approx arrival time, if making your own way to the resort. We are happy for guests to arrive from 8.00am in the morning, and leave your bags at reception until your apartment is ready. You can enjoy the facilities, or go off for breakfast or lunch directly across the road at the local shops.

Child Policy : A person aged 12 (inclusive) is considered to be a child.

Max Child Age : 12

Taxes : The rates are inclusive of all taxes.

Cancellation Policy : In case of No Show and if you cancel or amend your booking, 100% cancellation or amendment fee of the total booking amount applies.
