Check In Procedure : A VISA, Mastercard is required for security for your apartment on arrival,if no vailid card is available then a $200 bond is required, refundable during business hours on the day of departure after room inspection. Reception Hours: 8.30am - 5pm Saturdays: 8.30am - 12 noon Sundays: 9am - 12 noon For Bookings made after 12 noon for same day arrival must ring to confirm we have received booking before office closes. Late arrivals are to use the Phone on the wall at Reception entrance

Car Parking : Undercover parking is available at no extra cost for 1 vehicle per apartment.

Getting There : By car off the Gold Coast Highway. Local bus from the train Coach or Limosine can be arranged from airports. Surfers Tradewinds is ideally situated between Broadbeach 1.5km away and Surfers Paradise 2km, with beach just a short stroll of 200m. The Gold Coast Airport is 25 minutes south and Brisbane International just 90 minutes north.

Cancellation Policy : In the case of No Show and if you cancel or amend your booking, 100% cancellation and amendment fee of the total booking amount applies.
