Check In Procedure : Office hours:- Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm, Sat & P/H 8.30am - 12noon Sunday 9-11am For late arrivals please pick up the phone mounted on the wall near entrance and dial 299. On arrival guests are required to provide a security bond of $200. A pre-authorisation will be processed against the Visa or Mastercard provided. Alternatively, Anacapri accept AU$200 cash. Photo ID is also required a check in.

Car Parking : One free basement car park provided per apartment.

Getting There : 25 minutes drive from Gold Coast airport. 1 hour drive from Brisbane airport.

Child Policy : Children under 2 years, free of charge using existing bedding. Children 2 years and older - adult rates apply. Extra guest $30 per night. Cot hire available by request only at $35 per stay.

Max Child Age : 12

Taxes : The rates are inclusive of all taxes.
