Marriner Views is situated at the quiet end of Surfers Paradise and only 30 metres from the beautiful Gold Coast Beaches. Only 2 large apartments per floor with spectacular views of beach, city, river and hinterland. Facilities include outdoor swimming pool heated in cooler months, jacuzzi, BarBQue, full size tennis court, steam room and Gym. All apartments are very large and self-contained with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all have spacious balconies (some enclosed)and each apartment is very well appointed. Marriner Views is idealy situated close to the popular Northcliffe Surf Life Saving Club, as well as many restaurants, cafes and other amenities. We are centrally located between Surfers Paraidse and Broadbeach with all the attractions of both locations, including restaurants, shops, supermarkets, casino, convention centre, golf links, mini golf, bowls clubs, bridge club, turf club and Theme parks.
