Car Parking Details

Undercover car parking is available at the resort for a fee. Alternatively free parking is available in the streets surrounding the resort however there are 2 hour parking limits enforced between the hours of 9am 5pm Monday to Friday. The height of the car park is 2.10metres. The majority of four wheel drives are under this measurement, however remember to take in to account your roof rack if you have got one fitted to your vehicle.

Check In Instructions

Check in time is from 2 pm and check out time is before 10am. A pre authorisation of a credit card or a cash deposit of $300 is required on check in for room charge to be available throughout your stay. Transaction fees will apply for payments made using credit cards (2% for Visa or Mastercard, 3% for Amex, Diners or JCB). School Leavers: All stays between 17 November 9 December 2012 will be required to pay a deposit of $500 per room at time of check in. All guests must sign a copy of the general briefing sheet, which includes details of general hotel conditions, house rules and provide emergency contact details. At least 1 guest must be over the age of 18yrs. ID will be required.

Children and Extra Guests Details

Child ages are 0 12years. Our 'Family Fun Package' includes one fully supervised session daily in the Zone 4 Kids Club for children 0 12years valued at $40 per child per session. A rollaway bed or baby cot is provided for the 2nd child in a Resort Room or the 5th and 6th child in a Resort Interconnecting Room. Extra guests 13years and over are charged an additional $30 per night. The million dollar Zone 4 Kids Club (Z4K) has established itself as a children's utopia. With a choice of fully supervised sessions daily, Z4K caters for babies and toddlers right through to 12 year olds. Children are divided into different age groups over the 7 themed play spaces to ensure age appropriate care and activities are provided. Z4K is a mini fun park featuring themed play spaces such as Tiny Town with pedal powered cars and working traffic lights, Under Water World with submarines and slides, and Magic Garden with its colourful ball pit. These are just some of the magical themed play spaces where our qualified staff offer an activity program to entertain and engage kids of every age, allowing them the opportunity to meet new friends and experience a host of fun activities designed just for them.

Zone 4 Kids Club for 0 12years Adventure Playground Waterpark Lagoon Pool Spa Splashes Mini Mart Discovery Desk Bistro Poolside Cafe and Bar Resort Entertainment and Activities Games Room Vertical Challenge Climbing Wall Samedawa Day Spa Zone 4 Kids Club Session Times and Information: Fully Supervised Morning Session: 10.00am 2.00pm (book by 5.30pm evening prior) Fully Supervised Evening Session: 4.00pm 8.00pm (book by 2.00pm) Open Age Session: Children of all ages may experience the fun and excitement of Z4K from 7.30am to 9.30am and 2.30pm to 3.30pm daily during our open age session. Children must be supervised by an adult during this session. These sessions are free. Session Cost: Many packages include 1 free supervised session per child per day for 0 12 year olds. If sessions are not included in your package, or if booking additional sessions, a $40 per child per session fee will apply. Please check your package details when making your reservation. Only guests of Paradise Resort are able to use the Z4K club. Other rates may apply for children requiring special needs care. Meal Prices: Lunch is provided in the morning session and dinner is provided in the evening at a cost of $8 per meal per child. Most dietary needs such as celiac and other allergies are well catered for by our experienced Chef. Children who are not dining will participate in an activity whilst the other children dine. As a safety measure, no food (except baby milk/formula) can be brought into Zone 4 Kids.

Travel Directions

BY CAR: If travelling south bound on the Pacific Hwy take Smith Street Exit #66 and follow through approx 8km to a 'T' intersection with traffic lights at the Broadwater. Turn right into Marine Pde. Travel south, past Australia Fair at Southport, across the Sundale Bridge and into Surfers Paradise. Stay in the left hand lane and after the bridge turn left at the 3rd set of traffic lights. Continue along Gold Coast Hwy south bound staying in the right hand lane. Turn right into Cypress Ave, continue along until traffic lights. Turn right again onto Gold Coast Hwy north bound, continue along Hwy 600m and Paradise Resort Gold Coast is located on the left hand side. If travelling north bound on the Gold Coast Highway, as you approach Surfers Paradise the Gold Coast Highway changes name to Ferny Ave. Continue north (suggest left lane) following Ferny Ave through Surfers Paradise. You will pass the Mobil service station on the left hand side and two blocks further north you will see Paradise Resort Gold Coast located on the left hand side immediately after Norfolk Avenue.
