Check In Procedure : An imprint of guest''s credit card is required at check-in, with payment being settled on check-out. If no credit card is provided on check-in, the full room rate will be required plus an advance deposit of a minimum $100 (which may vary depending on length of stay) for incidentals such as mini-bar, telephone, etc. All food and beverage during your stay will need to be paid for with cash or EFTPOS at the time. A copy of your drivers licence must be taken for our files.

Car Parking : Off Street car parking.

Getting There : Northbound - Take the Port Macquaire exit and follow the Oxley Highway until you reach the first Shell Service Station and turn left at that roundabout (Hollingworth Street), which will take you straight to the hotel. Southbound - Take the Port Macquarie exit and follow Hastings River Drive until to come to roundabout with a sign "Settlement City" (Park Street) and turn left, then turn right at the traffic lights onto Buller Street.

Child Policy : A Rollaway or Cot can be arranged if required. Additional cost is $20. Please advise when making your booking if required.
