Check In Procedure : The reception is open seven days a week from 8.30 - 5.30 pm. If you arriving later than that, we will leave a note on reception door telling you which room you are in and we will leave your door open and the keys in the apartment and look forward to seeing you the following morning. If you have any concerns though out of hours, we are only three minutes away, so do not hesitate to contact us on our mobile at any time. Check Out Time 10:00hrs

Car Parking : Free on-site, undercover parking is available day and night. Book your Tours conveniently at our Tour-Desk. All tours pick up from property. Taxi and Limousine services are available. Local shuttle bus stops at property.

Getting There : If you are self driving, take the Port Douglas exit off the Captain Cook Highway, follow the road right down to the bottom and turn right in to Macrossan Street. By the Sea Port Douglas is the last resort on your left before Four Mile beach. If you would like us to organise a bus to pick you up at the airport, we would be happy to arrange it for you. Just let us know your flight details (by E mail or phone). The cost is $33 per person one way.

Child Policy : We do love children and they are most welcome as long as they do not disturb other guests. The family rooms which cater for children are all at the back of the building, whereas those for couples are near the front. For those with children we provide complimentary cots, high chairs, baby baths, strollers and beach toys

Taxes : The rates are inclusive of all taxes.

Cancellation Policy : Within 7 days of booking no refund Within 28 days of booking a one night payment is taken
