Check In Procedure : Reception hours are from 8.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday and from 9.00am to 5.00pm Saturday and Sunday. Our reception is closed on public holidays. If you are arriving after office hours, please contact hotel during operating hours to arrange for After Hours Codes. Upon Check in a security bond of $150 and a Photo ID is required. This is complusory and the management reserves rights to disallow a guest from checking in without these essentials.

Car Parking : Complimentary one car parking bay per apartment in our under cover car park available on site. Permits provided upon check in must be displayed on the dashboard of the car to prevent getting wheelclamped. After hour arrivals, must detach the permit from their registration form.

Getting There : Follow Great Eastern Highway over the causeway, exit right onto Hay Street. Alderney on Hay is to on the left hand side of Hay Street after first set of lights at Plain Street. Airport shuttle meets every arrival flight into Perth and will drop you off across the road from the property.

Child Policy : Each apartment will accommodate up to 6 people. Cot for hire at $10 per night, subject to availablity.

Max Child Age : 18

Taxes : The rates are inclusive of all taxes.
