Check In Procedure : If checking in after 19:00, a key with a map to your room will left at the late arrivals board outside reception and you will be asked to fill in the registration the following morning.

Car Parking : Parking is either under cover or in parking bays on the street in front of The Reef Retreat.

Getting There : Drive 22 km/20 minutes north of Cairns on the Cook Highway. Set your odometre so that you will know when you are almost there. When you see the sign for Cairns Tropical Zoo on the left, the turn off will be one minute further on the right. Turn right into Veivers Road, go to the Esplanade, turn left, go one block and turn left again into Harpa Street. The Reef Retreat is the second building on the right, 10 ? 14 Harpa Street.

Child Policy : Children 0-2 years are free if no bedding or other facilities are required or used. Cot/bed etc. $25 per night. Extra Guests are $25 per night
