Check In Procedure : CHECK-IN REQUIREMENT: Photo ID will be required at check-in that matches the guest name on the booking. We will take a copy of this to accompany the guest's signed registration. A security deposit will also be taken to guarentee payment of any incidentals or damage incurred by the guest. Office hours are 8am to 6pm. Should your arrival time be after 6pm, please phone the resort 24 hours prior to arrival for key arrangements.

Car Parking : Studio apartments have off street undercover parking.

Getting There : At The Sound is located on Noosa Sound, 1.5 hrs North of Brisbane Airport & 25 mins from the Sunshine Coast airport. Noosa Parade is between Hastings Street at Noosa Heads and Noosaville. Door to Door drop off on our doorstep is provided by most airport bus services.

Child Policy : Extra cost of $15 per person occupying the double foldout sofa bed. Maximum of 2 xtra persons per studio apartment. Double foldout Sofa Bed/s & Portacots - Please request when booking your accommodation.
