Check In Procedure : CLOSED for ALL Check-Ins after SAT 1.00pm and all day SUN. Guests arriving after hours on ANY day, MUST contact Park View 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE to ensure Apartment access. Late Arrival Fees may Apply if no notification. No Arrivals after 10.30pm. On arrival a valid Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard only) is mandatory.

Car Parking : Every apartment is allocated an undercover security carpark, accessed by a personal security fob.

Getting There : Mermaid Beach Park View is in Ventura Road which runs from the "surf side" of the Gold Coast Highway down to the beach. Driving south, soon after passing Broadbeach / Pacific Fair, Ventura Road is approached from the left and if driving north along Hedges Avenue, is also approached from the left. The regular buses which travel up and down the Coast stop very close by. For incoming holiday-makers, Gold Coast Airport (at Coolangatta) is around 20 minutes away by bus or taxi and the railway station at Robina is even closer. Regular door-to-door shuttles operate from both the Gold Coast and Brisbane Domestic and International airports.

Child Policy : Rates for One Brm Apartment are for 2 people sharing one queen bed. Extra guests, incl children are charged at $28.00 p.n. Rates for Two Brm Apartment are for 4 people. Bed configuration is one queen bed and two single beds. Infant no charge but $5/night for a cot if required.

Taxes : The rates are inclusive of all taxes.

Cancellation Policy : If you cancel or amend your booking more than 5 days a 1 night cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel less than 5 days (120hours), a 3 night cancellation and amendment fee will apply. If you cancel your booking less than 1 day or No Show 100% cancellation and amendment fee of the total booking amount applies.
