Check In Procedure : PLEASE NOTE there are no refunds for peak periods such as Melbourne Cup, AFL Grand Final, Grand Prix, Australian Tennis Open. CONSTRUCTION NOISE Please note that as from 1st February 2012 all STANDARD ROOMS will be subject to some construction noise as we finish our room upgrades. The hours for work will be 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 5pm on weekends. These works will not impact on our Heritage rooms.

Car Parking : Car parking is available at $16.00 per car per night.

Getting There : Within walking distance of Flinders Street train station. Tram stops also located within walking distance. Bus stops at Russell Street. The Hotel is easily reached by car or taxi.

Child Policy : One child 15 years and under free of charge, staying with both parents using existing bedding. Subject to suitable rooms being available. On request only. For families with more than one child special rates for family rooms. On request only

Cancellation Policy : For Off peak periods : Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 72 hours prior to the check in date and time or you will be charged the full amount of the first changed or cancelled night.
