Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy A cancellation policy applies to reservations canceled two weeks (low season) or 21 days (high season) before the arrival date 50% of the total booking will be charged. There is no refund for early departures. A 'No Show' will incur the full value of the booking being charged unless notified of cancellation. Exception to the above is all long weekends/school holidays/Christmas/Easter/special events (e. g. Leeuwin concert) there is no refund. In the event we are able to rebook the nights canceled at the same tariff payment will be refunded minus $100.00 booking fee.

Ashley's Villa Margarita 13 Papadakis Ave Prevelly WA Mobile 0400 046 564 When leaving Perth follow signs for MANDURAH BUNBURY BUSSELTON MARGARET RIVER Door will be unlocked and key inside from 2pm Check in time 2 p.m. Check out time 10 a. m. On arrival in the main street of Margaret River at the top of the street: Turn right into WALLCLIFFE ROAD, after almost 5 kms you will come to a stop sign at CAVES Rd turn left then immediately right, to continue on WALLCLIFFE Rd Look out also for GREEN SIGNS: PREVELLY/BEACH follow these follow all the way till you see the ocean (9.5 kms from MR main street) turn right into Surfers Point Rd (road that runs directly to the ocean) then first left into Mitchell Drive in Prevelly first right into PAPADAKIS follow this road around till you see VILLA MARGARITA situated left on ocean side. There are also Tourists Signs from Margaret River that you can follow to lead you direct to the Villa. The GREEN signs PREVELLY/BEACH and also A BLUE sign Prevelly (Park) Beach Resort (PBR) located in Mitchell Drive. Especially follow this blue sign all the way as Papadakis Ave where the Villa is located is directly opposite the Prevelly (Park) Beach Resort (PBR) this is a caravan park with chalets. Another landmark next to PBR is Sea Garden Cafe you have arrived turn right into Papadakis drive around and you will see Villa Margarita (it has a sign) on the ocean side (left hand side) of the street. WELCOME. If booking into Sunset Spa Studios i.e. Santorini No 1 or Mykonos No 2 take the 1st driveway. If booking into Mediterranean Apt take 2nd driveway.
