Check In Procedure : Guaranteed check in time is 3.00pm. Photographic identification is required upon check in as well as a preuthorisation on a credit card or a cash deposit of $400 per night to cover incidental charges and unused funds will be returned upon departure. Effective the 6th February 2012, 1.5 percent fee applies to all transactions settled by Credit Card.

Car Parking : Complimentary undercover self parking is available to all hotel guests. Valet parking is $15 per day.

Getting There : From Coolangatta Airport Take the Gold Coast Highway north through Surfers Paradise. Take the Waterways Drive Exit and turn left at Seaworld Drive and enter the resort driveway. From Brisbane International Airport: Follow the M1 Highway south and take the Southport Exit #62. Follow Smith Street and turn right onto GC Highway. Cross Southport Bridge and turn left at Waterways Drive. Turn left onto Seaworld Drive and proceed to the resort. From South: Take the Gold Coast Highway south through Biggera Waters, Labrador and Southport. Cross Southport Bridge and turn left at Waterways Drive. Turn left onto Seaworld Drive and proceed to the resort.

Child Policy : A maximum of two children using existing bedding in some room categories is permitted. Ocean Premium rooms can accommodate a maximum of 3 people (including children) only.

Taxes : The rates are inclusive of all taxes.

Cancellation Policy : In the case of No Show and if you cancel or amend your booking, 100% cancellation or amendment fee of the total booking amount applies.
