Check In Procedure : Office Hours Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 8.00am to 2.00pm. Late check in available with prior notification. Pick up phone at Reception door and wait for further instructions.

Car Parking : Security underground parking. 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments have 1 car space, 2spa and 3 Bedroom Deluxe Apartments have 2 car spaces. Street Parking available for extra vehicles. Check with the Office for trailers etc.

Getting There : Airport Shuttle available from Gold Coast Airport. Shuttle and Airtrain Service available from Brisbane Airport. Book when booking accommodation. Driving on the Pacific Highway, take EXIT 62 stay on this road, Brisbane Rd right to the Broadwater and Sandcastles is on your right, car park entry off Parker Street. Driving from Gold Coast Airport follow the main coast highway to 6 kms north of Surfers.
