The Boomerangs consist of three fully self contained, boomerang shaped, architecturally designed, award winning cottages. They are surrounded by three acres of landscaped gardens which are home to a wide variety of local birdlife. The views from these private cottages are spectacular. The distinctive boomerang shape enables 280 degree panoramic views over the Johanna Valley, native forest and the majestic Southern Ocean. Our guests' comfort is our highest priority. Facilities include:
Huge open living plan incorporating fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living area. Accommodates four adults comfortably. Two bedrooms each with a queen size bed, Luxurious fittings and quality leather furnishings. Situated on 3 acres of landscaped gardens, Large bathroom with spa and separate shower, Automatic washing machine and dryer, Reverse cycle air conditioning, Disabled persons facilities. Polished hardwood Jarrah floorboards, Vaulted pine lined ceilings, Leadlight features.
3.3m (10'10") high windows enabling panoramic views day and night, Extensive wrap around verandah & BBQ, Wood fire with wood supplied in the cottage.
All linen and towels supplied, Tea / plunger coffee making facilities, TV, dvd & comprehensive dvd & cd library. Binoculars for passing ships and bird watching, CD-cassette. Bird seed for Rosellas and king parrots.
In house massage can be arranged. Sorry, no pets.

3 Night Weekend Package (incorporating Sat night) :

Minimum stay 3 nights - must incorporate a SAT night. This package includes accommodation for 2 people, fresh flowers upon arrival, a complimentary bottle of local wine plus late checkout until 12pm.

4 Night Midweek Package (SUN - THUR) :

Minimum stay 4 nights Sun - Thur only. This package includes accommodation for 2 people, fresh flowers upon arrival, a complimentary bottle of local wine plus late checkout until 12pm

Cottage 1 :

Cottage One has a large balcony on the back of the cottage as well as the front. It also has more extensive forest views than the other 2 cottages.

Cottage 2 :

Cottage Two also has disabled facilities. It has a ramp for wheelchair access, wider doors and a disabled specific bathroom. All other features are the same, including the spectacular views.

Cottage 3 :

Cottage Three is thought to be the most private. All cottages are in fact, very private.
