We offer comfortable and spacious 2, 3 and 4 bedroom fully equipped Villas at a very affordable price. Also available are two new Exec Spa Suites.
Northside Holiday Villas was established in 1975 and is owned by brothers, Jim & Brian Stynes. The villas consists of 15 fully equipped units surrounded by picturesque mountains and the Derwent River, the major river of Southern Tasmania.
Northside Holiday Villas is located only 2 minutes in walking distance to the Derwent River, Derwent Entertainment Centre, Tattersalls Park raceway and the Royal showground. Also, it is an easy reach of shops, shopping centres, restaurants, tourist attractions and many sporting complexes.

Same great Apartment at a super price! It has a Queen in the main bedroom and 2 x singles or bunks in the second bedroom, sofa bed in lounge. Rates are based on 2 person occupancy. Maximum people is 5. Minimum 4 night stay.

2 Bedroom Villa :

Two bedroom villa with a queen in main, two singles or bunks in the other, sofa bed in lounge. Villas with bunks are two storey, bedrooms and bathroom up stairs, living is down. Villas are all refurbished.

3 Bedroom Villa :

Villa has a queen size bed in one room, double in another whilst the third room has a single-on-double bunks, Sofa bed in lounge. Rates are for the first 4 adults.

4 Bedroom Villa :

Spacious 4 bedroom apartment. Large lounge with sofa bed and two bedrooms & Bathroom up stairs, full kitchen, dining and bedrooms & bathroom down stairs. Free off street parking at your door. Extra TV in Kitchen.

Spa Suite :
