Check In Procedure : Office Hours: 8am to 6pm. If you are arriving after hours please contact the park prior to arrival to arrange key collection. Check-out: 10am (1000hrs) check-in: 2pm (1400hrs)

Car Parking : Complimentary car parking for one vehicle is provided beside each Villa. Additional parking available in guest carpark near reception.

Getting There : From Eden Town continue on Princes Hwy, heading towards Bungo St, at thte roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Princes Hwy continue onto Twofold Bay.

Child Policy : Infant: 0-2yrs FOC Children: 3-15yrs - fee applies All extra guests are charged at a rate of AUD 15.00 per person.

Max Child Age : 16

Taxes : The rates are inclusive of all taxes.

Cancellation Policy : In the case of No Show and if you cancel or amend your booking, 100% cancellation or amendment fee of the total booking amount applies (No Refund).
