Car Parking Details

Car parking is charged at $15.00 per night and 1 allocated car space per apartment booked. Additional Car parks are available in the public car park on Docklands Drive ($15.00 per night).

Check In Instructions

Our reception office is open 24 hours a day. Check in is from 2pm onwards. A VALID CREDIT CARD (NOT DEBIT CARD) AND PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED AT CHECK IN. A PRE AUTHORISATION TRANSACTION WILL BE PROCESSED TO THE CREDIT CARD IN AN AMOUNT UP TO $500 AND WILL BE HELD AS A BOND. THE AUTHORISED SIGNATORY FOR THE CREDIT CARD MUST BE A REGISTERED GUEST AND BE PRESENT AT CHECK IN. GUESTS WHO ARE UNABLE TO MEET THE CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE GRANTED ACCESS TO OUR APARTMENTS.

(Any additional charges are payable direct to the hotel) One Bedroom Apartment rates are for a maximum of 2 people, an additional AU$49.00 is payable for a third person occupying a rollaway bed. Two Bedroom Apartment rates are for a maximum of 4 people, an additional AU$49.00 is payable for a fifth person occupying a rollaway bed. Three Bedroom Apartment rates are for a maximum of 6 people, an additional AU$49.00 is payable for a seventh person occupying a rollaway bed.

By Train, visit Puffing Billy, Geelong and Scienceworks & Planetarium. Travel Directions

Every road leads to NewQuay! By road, from the City take La Trobe or Collins Street extension westward over Spencer Street, turn right into Harbour Esplanade, left into Docklands Drive and left into St Mangos Lane. From the north and west, follow Footscray Road east until it becomes Harbour Esplanade or come over the Westgate Bridge and take the Montague Street/Footscray Road exit, turning left onto Wurundjeri Way, then left into Docklands Drive. From the south and east get onto the Westgate Freeway and take the Montague Street/Footscray Road exit then turn right onto Wurundjeri Way, then right into Docklands Drive. From Melbourne Airport, follow the Tullamarine freeway, then take the Footscray Road exit and turn right into Docklands Drive. Take the first left into St Mangos Lane. By train, Southern Cross (Spencer Street) station is located within Docklands a short walk away. Take the Bourke Street pedestrian bridge across to Docklands and turn right at Harbour Esplanade and then left at NewQuay Promenade, a 800 metre walk. By tram, the City Circle Tram provides free and convenient transport to Harbour Esplanade at NewQuay. Alternatively take City Tram 86 from Bourke Street to Telstra Dome. Walk along Harbour Esplanade and then turn left at NewQuay Promenade, a 200 metre walk or take Tram 48 from Flinders Street to Docklands Drive, only a 20 metre walk to St Mangos Lane! By foot, pedestrian access from the CBD is a matter of minutes utilising one of three pedestrian bridges Collins, Bourke or La Trobe Street. Turn right at Harbour Esplanade and then left at NewQuay Promenade. By ferry, the Yarra River Shuttle Service connects Docklands with the CBD. This 35 minute ferry trip stops at NewQuay from Yarras Edge, Melbourne Exhibition Centre, Crown Casino, Southgate and Federation Square.
