Check In Procedure : Please present voucher/documentation upon check-in. A credit card imprint or $100 cash security deposit (per room) will be required on arrival to cover payment of any incidentals. Reception is open Sunday ? Wednesday 6am - 10pm and Thursday ? Saturday 6am ? 12 Midnight. Guests checking in outside our reception hours should call the Resort Manager prior to 4pm on the check in date to be advised about the after hours check in procedure.

Car Parking : Limited on site parking. Ample off street parking available also.

Getting There : By Air: 5 minutes drive from Coolangatta Airport. 90 minutes from Brisbane Airport. By Coach: 2 - 5 minutes from Coolangatta Transit Centre. By Rail: 20 minutes from Robina Station. 30 minutes from Murwillumbah Station. *Various shuttle and taxi services available.

Child Policy : Children are very welcome and up to 12 years are charged at $20.00 extra which is payable on arrival. Children to be noted in the comments section of the booking form. Any children over 12 years you will need to book as adults.
