Coffs Harbour is one of the major whale watching areas on the Mid North Coast, with the main season being June to November. Dolphins can be spotted all year round. Coffs also has great deep sea fishing, white water rafting (nearby), snorkelling & scuba diving. No trip to Coffs Harbour is complete without a visit to the famous Big Banana and the Pet Porpoise Pool. Take a trip out to the beautiful Bellinger Valley and Dorrigo Rainforest, both within an easy drive of Coffs Harbour. Other local attractions include: Ice skating (adjacent to Big Banana), Go Karting (Internationally rated facility), Butterfly House & Maze, Nationally renowned & picturesque Bonville International Golf Resort plus the scenic Coffs Harbour and Sawtell golf courses, Clog Barn, Cinemas, Coffs Harbour Zoo, Bunker Cartoon Gallery, Local Markets, Ten pin Bowling, Squash Centre, Wineries and of course great shopping! Coffs Harbour has no shortage of quality restaurants, with the 'Jetty Strip' being a favourite spot for both visitors and locals alike......And if you get time, you can walk 150 metres and you are on a patrolled Surf Beach at the end of the street! Beach safeguards are on duties during daytiem subject to weather condition.

Travel Directions

If arriving from the north, turn left into Orlando Street (2nd set of traffic lights) and then take the 2nd left into Ocean Parade. Fitzgerald Street is the first street on the left and follow it toward the end, Park Beach Cabins is on your right hand side about half way down the street. If arriving from the south turn right at the major set of traffic lights on the north side of Coffs Harbour before the orange/ blue bridge into Orlando Street. Take the 2nd left into Ocean Parade. Fitzgerald Street is the first street on the left and follow it toward the end, Park Beach Cabins is on your right hand side about half way down the street.
