Cancellation Policy

Late Arrival If you are arriving ater 5:00pm Monday to Friday or 12:30pm on weekends, please advise us to make prior arrangments. Booking Conditions We require you to pay a deposit at the time of booking and the balance of the accommodation is to be settled on arrival. Cancellation Policy If cancelled more than 28 days before arrival date, deposit will be refunded less an administration fee of $50. If cancelled less than 28 days before arrival date, deposit will be forfeited. Disclaimer At all times we, Sandpiper Broadbeach will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through our website, however we have the right to cancel/reject a booking at any time. You will be notified of any changes/amendments to the booking by us and we will always try to give you an alternative option.
