Check In Procedure : On check in to the hotel you will be required to supply a credit card for a pre authorisation. Deluxe Hotel Rooms & One Bedroom Suites require a $200 pre authorisation, Sub Penthouse Apartments require a $500 pre authorisation.

Car Parking : Secure Valet car parking is provided at a nominal cost of $22 per night( subject to availability). Next to the hotel in Albert Street you will see a green gate at the entry to the driveway. Drive through to the end after the gate opens and enter Reception via the side door. NB : We are unable to accept vehicles over 2000kg, height and length restrictions also apply. Alternate parking is available at the Myer Centre.

Getting There : From Airport - Take a taxi for approximately AUD$45.00 From Transit Centre - Coach can deliver you to hotel or arrival by train - take a taxi (cost approximately AUD$8.00)

Child Policy : Infants 0 - 2 years old are free of charge unless you require a cot (cot hire is $10 per night) Any one aged between 2-12 year are classified as children 12 years and older are classified as adults
