Business Facilities

There is wireless internet at all of our cottages and in the function room. We also have fax and printing facilities in the office.

Cancellation Policy

ur full accommodation contract is on our website under an Accommodation sub tab. The Cancellation clauses of that contract follow: 1 If you cancel an off peak booking more than 2 weeks before it is due to commence we will charge a cancellation fee of $50 for each cottage cancelled plus any non refundable thirdparty commission. Our fee can be applied as part deposit for a replacement booking commencing within 6 months.

2 If you cancel an off peak booking less than 2 weeks before it is due to commence (even if booked within this notice period) then we will charge a cancellation fee calculated as the lesser of 50% of the tariff or $75 per night cancelled plus any non refundable third party commission. Should someone else book cancelled nights then our cancellation fee will be refunded less an admin fee of $75.

3 If you cancel a peak summer booking more than 6 weeks before commencement we will charge a cancellation fee of $150 for each cottage cancelled plus any non refundable third party commission and refund you for amounts paid in excess of this.

4 If you cancel a peak booking less than 6 weeks before it is due to commence (even if booked within this notice period) then we will retain a cancellation fee of 50% of the tariff for each night cancelled plus any non refundable third party commission and refund the balance. Should someone else book cancelled nights then we will make a further refund such that the total cancellation fee retained does not exceed $200.

5 If you cancel a booking described as being 'last minute' or 'standby' unless booked through an agent where different cancellation policies are advertised there will be no refund.

6. If you do not cancel and do not utilise a confirmed booking then the whole of the tariff quoted for the period booked will be due to us.

Please note: We have two deep unfenced dams with opaque water and steep sides. Both of these dams are more than 100 metres

Car Parking Details

We are on 36 acres with plenty of caparking. Each cottage has its own private carparking.

Check In Instructions

Checkin time is 3pm and checkout 11am but these times subject to negotiation. There is no need for arrivals to physically check in at the office. Your cottage will be unlocked for your arrival and the key left behind the front door.

Children and Extra Guests Details

Our tariff is for 2 only. We charge extra for more people using beds whether adults or children and we charge extra for dogs.. There is no charge for infant in own cot.

Things To Do

We have nearly 2km of on site bushwalks. When lake is full you can borrow our kayaks to paddle up beautiful creeks and to the beach. Very large lawn area for kids/dogs to play on also for adults to play boules. Great surfing and body boarding breaks 3 5km, swimming, diving and fishing. Visit aboriginal heritage sites, see native wildlife. Go on beach or National Park walks, Climb Pigeon House and/or Durras Mountains. Visit the Clyde River hinterland. Or just do nothing, lie back on our comfortable verandahs and decks and just sleep or read!

Travel Directions

3.5 hours from Sydney, 2 from Fyshwick, Canberra. The Bawley Point turnoff is signed on the Prince's Highway 400m before the turnoff. Turn east at the Termeil service station towards Bawley Point for exactly 3km to Willinga Road. Turn right into Willinga and follow signs. Proceed straight to your accommodation.
