The cottage is a five-minute walk to the cafes and shops of Darling Street, and fifteen minutes to the centre of Sydney by bus or ferry.

There are two bedrooms - one with queen-size bed, the other with two singles. The cottage also has a lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and garden retreat.
