Welcome to "Burnbrow" a traditional bed and breakfast and self-contained cottage located 5 minutes east of Warrnambool just off the Princes Highway at Allansford or 1.5kms west of the intersection of the Great Ocean Road and Princes Highway.

Bedrooms are individually furnished and decorated to delight different tastes and needs, offering the choice of queen size, double beds or twin share. Suites can be booked individually or as an apartment accommodating up to 9 persons. It is an ideal location for a girl's weekend, bridal parties, craft workshops, sporting and family groups. The Cottage: The attractive AAA 3.5 Star three bedroom country cottage with corner spa, standing in its own grounds beside Burnbrow Manor also provides exclusive pet friendly holiday accommodation. The popular cottage is able to offer a diverse range of accommodation options for families and/or groups accommodating from 2-10 persons. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave, gas stove and full size refrigerator, laundry and two bathrooms. Pets are welcome only by prior arrangement. Breakfast is available for an additional charge.

Our fourth suite includes two twin beds, a shared night table, and plenty of space to move around and be comfortable. This bedroom includes a large shower and bath, and the room offers the same attention to decorative appeal as all the others. This room may be combined with the double to create a larger suite for a family or group.

Our premier queen suite offers the ultimate in pampering. It is the largest room, featuring vaulted ceilings that give the room a wonderful feeling of spaciousness. It includes a private TV and video, as well as a wicker loveseat for relaxing in private to read a book. The large private ensuite bath includes both bath and shower, all elegantly appointed with brass fittings.

Queen Suite & Single :

Our third and slightly smaller suite features a comfortable double bed, and a beautiful, large ensuite shower and bath. The room includes a elegant lady's vanity and mirror, and as with the queen suites, there are convenient night tables and lamps on each side of the bed.
